They even review the policies to make sure we are getting the coverage and discounts we should be from our insurance carrier. I was hesitant to switch insurance companies because I was concerned about their service, though the cost was cheaper. Not only did John provide me with excellent service and insurance at a much more affordable price, I got more coverage, and I added Umbrella insurance-all at a lower monthly rate. The proof of the company's value was on full display when my car was stolen while I was on vacation miles away from home. Each agent was quick, responsive, and communicated thoroughly every step of the rough road! My car was reported stolen on July 17th, and I had money deposited in my account on July 31st. Amazing team work.
